Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in data center construction
and project management, is seeking a Construction PM Data Center
Iowa to join their team. As a Construction PM Data Center Iowa, you
will be part of the project management department supporting
large-scale data center development initiatives. The ideal
candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent
communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Construction PM Data
Center Iowa Location: WDM, IA Pay Range: What's the Job? Develop
and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines and
resource requirements for data center construction projects. Manage
cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and
construction, to ensure project milestones are achieved on
schedule. Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to
address potential issues proactively. Collaborate with clients to
understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet
expectations. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and
provide regular updates to senior management and project teams.
What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction
Management, or a related field. 8 years of experience as a planner
and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software P6 or MS Project.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Bluebeam or Primavera P6. Strong
understanding of project planning, earned value management, and key
commodity tracking. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
