Major Duties
Classification: Exempt/Non-BargainingPosition may be located
remote. #LI-RemoteWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to
oversee key operational, service delivery, NOC, and other
department-specific projects. Joining our team means diving into

and innovations we bring to our customers. This role will be
crucial in ensuring that we maintain our industry-leading standards
and continue to effectively meet our customer needs.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the operations
senior leadership team to understand and define project scope and
objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching
strategy. Interface with all departments impacted by each project,
ensuring a comprehensive approach to project planning and
execution. Directly oversee and manage projects from their
inception to final implementation. Develop detailed work plans,
schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports,
ensuring adherence to quality standards. Conduct regular project
meetings while maintaining rigorous project tracking and analysis.
Manage the integration of vendor tasks, and oversee and review
vendor deliverables. Collaborate with department leaders to create
financial models that align with project objectives. Serve as the
primary point of contact for all project-related matters Champion
process improvement techniques, such as Six Sigma, and apply
related disciplines to optimize operational efficiency. Design and
implement process flows using tools like Visio to streamline and
standardize operations. Recommend and execute strategies to address
complex issues and challenges, focusing on Transformation Office
initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business,
Technical discipline, or related field. Advanced degrees are a
plus. 8+ years of relevant experience with an emphasis on leading
large, complex projects. Strong verbal and written communication
skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Smartsheet
and Tableau is highly beneficial. PMP and/or Six Sigma
certification preferred; Familiarity with the core principles of
project management required. Deep understanding of the
communications/broadband industry. Ability to quickly learn and
articulate functions, services, and products within the
communications/broadband industry.

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $65,982 -
$100,011
