Job Purpose
The project manager manages key client projects. Project management
responsibilities include the coordination and completion of
projects on time within budget and within scope. This role will
oversee all aspects of projects including setting deadlines,
assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing overall
progress. They will prepare reports for key leaders, stakeholders,
and Board of Directors regarding status of projects.
Essential Functions
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the
flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope
and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives,
involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility and organizational capacity.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plan for each project to monitor and
track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project
costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure performance using project management tools and
techniques.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings.
- Report and escalate to key leaders as needed when team members
or vendors are not meeting expectations.
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant
stakeholders.
- Coordinate risk management to minimize potential risks and
communicate said risks to appropriate parties.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third
parties/vendors.
- Responsible for holding third parties/vendors accountable to
agreed upon scope, deliverables and budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project
documentation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed notes and clarify specific
requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on individual team members'
strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the
successful completion of short and long-term goals relative to the
strategic plan.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project
constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients
as well as other relevant team members.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document
needs.
General Responsibilities

- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain
proficiency.
- Performs other bank related duties as assigned by
supervisor.
- May have limited customer contact.
Required Education & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in the project management field or in a
related area
- Bachelors' degree required
- Project management Professional (PMP) certification a
plus
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and
procedures
- Understanding of financial services/banking industry
- Ability to rely on limited experience and judgement to plan and
achieve goals
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

and Microsoft Word; on the job, will be using but not limited to:
copy machines, fax machines, and phones

- Friendly delivery of client service
Hours of Work & Travel
- Full time, regular employment
- Generally, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Up to 10% travel may be necessary.
