Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant General Manager -will provide proper direction for the restaurant. The person in this position must oversee daily operations and drive good results through people development, sales and profit growth. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager -will hire, train and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs, and lifestyle.   Qualifications:
  
  • Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager -in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) concept
  • Restaurant Assistant General Manager -must be able to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Restaurant Assistant General Manager -must have hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed are key attributes for a successful Restaurant Assistant General Manager -
