About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Credit Card
Marketing Campaign Manager (Lead Marketing Consultant) to join the
Credit Card Customer Marketing team, as part of the Cards &
Merchant Services (CMS) organization within the Consumer Lending
group. This role will develop, plan and execute marketing
communications and channel strategy to capture wallet share for
Co-Brand, Small Business and Wells Fargo Branded credit cards, and
will support marketing initiatives. Learn more about the career

- Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to
strategize, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing
strategies and programs with broad impact
- Act as a leader and subject matter expert with cross-functional
teams to deliver on the Credit Card Marketing Plan and vision
- Act as a key participant in complex marketing analysis,
including customer retention strategies, customer profiling &
insights, and profitability assessments in support of marketing
plans
- Manage operational risk through strong controls and support of
the Enterprise Risk framework
- Manage initiatives and activities that span across the Credit
Card Customer Marketing team to develop a cohesive view for the
Customer Marketing activities and impacts, including strategy and
planning, and leading risk and control activities
- Make decisions in projecting or forecasting future marketing
needs
- Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal,
compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to
marketing
- Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of
business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on
complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables Required
Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms
(i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, education Desired
Qualifications:
- Experience managing, reporting on, and optimizing marketing
campaigns and tactics
- Marketing experience in financial industry, preferably in
credit card
- Experience in a regulated industry, working closely with Legal
and Compliance partners to market products in a manner that meets
all regulatory standards
- Experience analyzing data and preparing insights for review
with senior business leaders
- Superior project management skills including the ability to
handle multiple projects concurrently
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other
business and functional areas
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal
organizational levels to deliver business initiatives
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal
supervision
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing
skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annually Salary range is determined by
