Job DescriptionVero Health Center is seeking a determined full-time Phone Manager in the West Des Moines, IA community. This full-time sales position earns $40,000 - $50,000 a year plus bonuses. Pay is commensurate with experience and performance will play a large role in bonuses. Incoming website and social media leads are pushed to your own company cell phone where you are bonused for making appointments. You answer all incoming calls and make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and reactivate previous practice members. In addition, you use our CRM as well as google calendar to track follow ups. You text and email clients to answer questions and keep them on track with the results they desire.   • Previous sales experience preferred
