About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager
within the Marketing and Sales Platform team as part of the
Consumer Data and Engagement Platform. Learn more about the career

- Identify and build relationships with key partners and
stakeholders, communicating data vision, priorities, and release
plans while soliciting and incorporating feedback. Act as a conduit
between the stakeholders and the delivery team during planning,
execution and ongoing operations to optimize capabilities, maximize
customer value, and align expectations.
- Break down data strategy and strategic roadmap into quarterly
and sprint level goals and priorities
- Drive data requirements
- Communicate priorities and the 'vision' to the agile
development team
- Propose and help prioritize data delivery estimates.
- Develop acceptance criteria for features and stories based on
their product strategy to ensure successful delivery
- In collaboration with the Scrum team and stakeholders, define
Kanban goals that align to data product vision, OKRs, and team
KPIs.
- Manage the data team backlog, including conducting initial
discovery work coming through intake, to determine data alignment
and prioritizationRequired Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic
planning, process management, change delivery experience, or
equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,
educationDesired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the
following: data management, data governance, data quality or data
analysis
- Broad experience with Banking applications, products,
technology architecture and systems integration experience in
Consumer and Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending, and Wealth
and Investment Management.
- Experience using agile principles, including planning and
estimating with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, manage risk, solve
problems, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex
environment
- Build and maintain the necessary and mandated controls and
procedures to ensure data accuracy and business functionality
- Demonstrated product roadmap development and evolution
competencies
- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to partner with Technology to define and deliver data
solutions
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and
accuracy
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build
successful relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across
all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and
adaptability are important
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with software development lifecycle management and
tooling (JIRA or JIRA Align knowledge a plus)Pay Range$84,000.00 -
