Project Manager as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking
(CSBB) Change Management team. Learn more about the career areas
and lines of business at .In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in larger Branch Banking or Affluent
efforts to independently manage sub-program components of moderate
complexity within change management and contribute to project plans
and budgets, work with users to understand complex problems and
bring issues to resolution in accordance with change management
timelines
- Review and analyze moderately complex business organizational
systems and navigation to anticipate change impacts while ensuring
full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement
strategies
- Collaborate and consult with project coordinators, business
partners, project staff, stakeholders, and project leads in times
of highly unusual or complex ambiguity and achieve project goals
and established timelines in coordination with more experienced
management
- Provide input to reach decisions and adoption in Program or
Product management, demonstrating ownership of the process from
beginning to end while developing and implementing program and
project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
- Demonstrate understanding of ECM policy, methodology and
artifact creation that influence and lead change management to meet
deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with executive leadership,
stakeholders, program or product leads, executive leadership,
sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project
requirements
- May lead a small matrixed team of change delivery
professionals
- May manage work efforts in the Product or Program approach
- Ensuring adherence to Agile and Waterfall practices including
Enterprise Change Management policies and best practices
- Partnering with CSBB Product and Agile Transformation Office on
the utilization of processes, tools and techniques for adoption of
Agile at scale to improve adoption and usage
- Drive Agile adoption with Product Owners, Delivery Managers,
Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters and other supporting roles
- Collaborate on guidance with scrum teams
- Support big room planning
- Executing against Product & Program Delivery aligned to
roadmaps and epics
- Managing overall communications and reporting for assigned
Program and/or Product activities
- Facilitate the removal of internal or external impediments or
barriersRequired Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic
Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a
combination of the following: work experience, training, military
experience, education
- 3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as MS
Project and Visio Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong relationship management skills
- Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate
decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing,
and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities at all levels of
leadership
- Experience with one or more of the following: Clarity, JIRA &
Confluence
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement
solutions and influence change
- Vendor management experience
- Agile and scrum team experience
- Experience partnering with Technology and Risk
organizations
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal
supervision in a structured environment
- Experience working with business stakeholders to create/modify
operational policies, procedures and/or operating models
- Familiarity with Branch Banking & Affluent strategies,
businesses, functions and systems
- Ability to synthesize information to identify key risks,
customer impact, financial implications, delays that could impact
delivery, and issues that pose material risk to the project or

- Ability to work 40 hours per week
