Position Overview: The Director of Sales, Grocery Channel will assist in managing such retailers as Hy-Vee and Fareway. This person would lead the development of strategic business plans for client and retail partners. They would facilitate the annual planning and execution of sales tactics to help achieve our client and retailer goals. This role will be an integral part of, developing, building, and maintaining credible and long-term client relationships and retail partner relationships. Responsibilities:  

  • Advises and guides strategic initiatives for our clients at Hy-Vee
    • Responsible for CA's revenue forecasts and goals
    • Responsible for designated team management
    • Utilizes syndicated data to make strategic recommendations for our client and retailer partners
    • Collaborate with the CA Activate Retail Team to deliver actionable insights to our client partners regarding their store level activations
    • Responsible for the recruiting of new clients that will drive growth within market Requirements:
      • Bachelor's Degree or higher required
      • 5-10 years of consumer-packaged goods experience
      • 3-5 Years of experience leading people
      • Experience working directly with Hy-Vee and Fareway
        • Strong analytical and strategic thinker; can turn self-developed strategies/efficient processes into execution
        • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, customers, & colleagues
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat  Compensation:
          • Salary commensurate with level of experience and current market landscape
