Sales Practices & Conduct Management
Sales Practices & Conduct Management is a front line operation responsible for ensuring employees act ethically on behalf of Wells Fargo and are consistently doing what's right for customers and each other. The group provides enterprise-wide coordination, management, and support of sales practices and conduct functions, including the Ethics program, the Insider Threat program, and allegations lifecycle (inclusive of enterprise investigations), to support the company in managing sales practices- and conduct-related issues. Sales Practices & Conduct Management is part of the Chief Operations Office.

The Role
The Head of Learning Solutions Execution for Conduct Management Allegations and Operations Management will partner with Learning & Development to create and develop a comprehensive end to end learning solutions transformation experience that will enable a highly effective and efficient organization across the allegations lifecycle. This leader will manage a team responsible for executing on business learning objectives including; development of procedures, content developed solutions using various types' of modalities and delivery methods, development of an on-the-job learning infrastructure, career development paths, continuous learning, and measuring of learning solutions. - This leader will also be responsible for identifying any potential knowledge and experience gaps which may require support and for partnering with Learning & Development on the performance needs assessments, including mapping current state against desired future state. - This role will be responsible for leading planning and execution for Line of Business learning solutions, including appropriate change integration. The role will have a components of project and program management, development of creative solutions, and flexibility to deliver against the desired future state of Learning Solutions.

Specific responsibilities include:
Create, maintain, and update the overall Conduct Management Allegations and Operations Management learning strategic plan.
Create and implement the learning roadmap for execution of the strategy
Be a thought leader and driver on learning strategies while appropriately managing risk and impacts to operations performance.
Create an overarching learning narrative that illustrates progress against commitments, issues / risks that exist, and what the path forward looks like, and report on progress to business leaders in existing forums and ad-hoc sessions.
Drive process optimization/improvement learning initiatives to achieve future state.
The ability to understand and operate successfully in a large, complex, corporate environment with a sense of urgency
Lead and provide direction to a team of individuals responsible for executing end to end learning solutions to support Sales Practice and Conduct Management Allegations and Operations Allegations Management
Lead execution of learning objectives and initiatives through impact assessment, coordination across teams, project planning, and sustainability planning.
Build collaborative relationships with senior leaders within Sales Practice and Conduct Management Allegations and Operations Management, and all business partners to understand the needs of the business and help provide strategic learning solutions to complex business challenges.
Build collaborative relationship with Learning & Development to ensure connection to learning best practices and tools.
Evaluate and monitor performance insights for continuous learning across Conduct Management Allegations and Operations Management.
Leverage agile principles to drive efficient and effective learning execution.
Demonstrates the ability to solve problems under conditions of uncertainty and ambiguity. Generates alternative solutions and expertly handles obstacles.
Develop learning adoption plans to accelerate learning curves.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: business process, quality assurance, strategic planning, or project management
8+ years of management experience

Other Desired Qualifications
Experience in leading the strategic execution of learning solutions for an Operations team specifically business processes, knowledge integration, delivery tools and methods, on-the-job training infrastructure, and learning performance measures.
Experience leading strategic planning, project management, and building out processes/procedures.
Aptitude for complex problem solving and a pragmatic results orientation; proactive thinker
Experience in driving organizational learning transformation to meet evolving business climate and demands
Experience setting and driving strategy and organizational change
Effective leadership within a matrixed organization is critical.
Strong business judgement and integrity.
Strong people leadership experience with a proven track record of building lean, high-performing teams.
Track record of executing on deliverables within tight deadlines
Proven ability to influence desired outcomes through project management, including documentation, execution and communication
Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Risk and Compliance policies and programs
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
Must be a proactive, detail-oriented and organized self-starter who values personal accountability and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations
Able to synthesize material from multiple sources (e.g., presentations, SharePoint sites, regulatory materials, etc.) to create logically-structured content that clearly communicates the intended topic to a wide range of audiences
