Compliance-Issues-ControlsThis position will support major Identity
and Access Management (IAM) compliance and risk management
strategies, processes and on-going programs. Influences key
decisions by gathering and reviewing key information needed, and
working with internal and external teams to recommend the most
optimal solutions. Provides guidance on improved processes and
technologies supporting internal processes. Requests project sizing
estimates and reviews for reasonableness. Ensures service quality
and cost-effectiveness of solutions.Monitors high-profile projects
to ensure requests are met on time and within sizing, keeping all
parties informed of impacts and changes. Understands compliance and
risk management requirements for supported area, and works with
other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.Key
Functions:? Supports major Identity and Access Management (IAM)
risk management strategies, processes and on-going programs with
broad, cross-business technology impact.? Evaluates and interprets
internal and enterprise IAM policies, processes and standards, and
influences decisions on net new or material changes.? Recommends
changes to processes for continuous improvement.Required
Qualifications* 5+ years of technology experience* 1 + years of
experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic
planning, initiative management or project managementDesired
Qualifications* Experience managing medium technology development
efforts within a major line of business* Ability to influence
across all organizational levels, particularly senior management*
3+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience*
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly
senior management* Virtual leadership experience with ability to
effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage
and build relationships with leaders and team members in a
geographically dispersed team environment* Ability to identify
inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and
implement change* Ability to evaluate impacts based on changes in
laws/regulations and develop company responseOther Desired
Qualifications* Experience with Jira software, Confluence software
and SharePoint software* Experience in Information and Content
Management* Agile project experience* Experience managing
technology development efforts within a major line of business*
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly
senior management* Ability to effectively drive results* Ability to
identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business
processes and implement change* Excels in independent work stream*
2+ years of Metric and dashboard development* 5+ years of Risk and
