It all begins with you. Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services. Manages small to medium units of nonexempt and/or exempt staff, typically through other managers or supervisors. Works independently with considerable latitude, managing various production initiatives and projects requiring coordination of resources, budgets and deadlines. Participates in review, recommendation and implementations of units' operational systems and processes. Accountable for business unit financial performance. This person will manage a team of people who will be focusing on managing risk and control for who/what caused a closing beyond lock expiration. They will focus on consistency and policy compliance in delay determination. They will be responsible for validating /auditing thousands of loans to ensure consistency. They will report and present results on a regular basis to senior management. The Manager will be responsible for hiring and training full time and temporary employees. They will distribute work and ensure team members are reviewing loans within prescribed time limits to ensure productivity levels are met and borrower closings are not delayed. The Manager will be responsible for Completing, Delivering, and Meeting all necessary deadlines as it pertains to MPP/ICP, Development Plans, Team Meetings, Q12 Survey and Action Plans, and Leadership workshops. Communicates powerfully and prolifically between the business groups. Duties may include, but no limited to: Defining new MPP Goals for this team Partnering with managers on a daily basis for best practices and dispute resolution Develop and implement policies, procedures and training materials to assure compliance with Retail Pricing Policy and to maximize efficiency Audit team members' work on an ongoing basis to ensure consistency Interpreting, researching, and resolving loan process related issues and adhere to company policies Researching, compiling, analyzing and reporting various operational data from multiple sources, Assist ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts, manage small projects and/or small segments of larger projects As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. Required Qualifications 6+ years of operations experience 2+ years of management experience in an operations environment Desired Qualifications Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills Experience reviewing testing strategies and methodologies; evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, products and internal controls; and identifying issues resulting from internal and/or external compliance examinations Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurements Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data Ability to develop operational reporting and performing complex data analysis Ability to identify and present processes/operational enhancements Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills Solid critical thinking skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong math skills Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams Leadership skills including; coaching, training, and mentoring Workforce management experience including: directing activities of team members, performance management, career development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning Knowledge and understanding of consumer products, policies, and procedures A BS/BA degree or higher in business, finance, or economics Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills Experience researching, developing, writing, and editing operational procedures and documents Salary Information The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
