This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. This newly created opportunity is on the Monitoring, Governance and Regulatory Management team; a key function within Wells Fargo Total Rewards Strategy and Governance. The Monitoring, Governance and Regulatory Management team manages critical initiatives and programs for Total Rewards; focused on regulatory, internal and governance driven requirements and the associated processes, controls and procedures to mitigate risk and stay in alignment with key requirements. This newly created role, Business Initiatives Manager - Enterprise Covered Program Manager, will be responsible for owning and driving the entirety of Covered Employee program; ensuring alignment with the Interagency Guidance on Sound Incentive Compensation Policies. Primary Responsibilities Managing the enterprise covered program in totality Enhance and strengthen the enterprise covered employee methodology on an annual basis Partner with key stakeholders to update the covered standard as part of the Incentive Compensation Risk Management and Performance Management policies Develop, refine and strengthen business and desktop procedures to ensure thoroughness and sustainability Work with key stakeholders to ensure the controls environment ensures alignment with external and internal commitments Maintain and develop strong partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups: Total Rewards, Human Resources, Corp Risk, Legal, Audit and the Business As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning 3+ years of leadership experience Other Desired Qualifications Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to manage large scale program initiatives in a complex environment Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong presentation skills Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers Experience in initiative and program management for governance and/or regulatory programs Experience in the financial industry Job Expectations Ability to travel up to 5% of the time Salary Information The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
