begins with you. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior
Infrastructure Engineer in the Digital Technology ECM group which
supports evolving digital platforms and enhances integration of the
various tools and technologies into our customer-facing
capabilities and content repositories. In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning
technology and business
- Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems,
design and test solutions
- Contribute to the testing of business, application and
technical infrastructure requirements
- Drive solutions to reduce recovery
- Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets
management and key rotations
- Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile
development practices
- Design complex system upgrades
- Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
- Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and
prevent them from recurring
- Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing
on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to
resolve issues and achieve goals Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions
experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination
of the following: work experience, training, military experience,
education
- 4 + years of experience troubleshooting environments across the
entire architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure)
- 3+ years of environment test coordination, code deployment,
release management and communication
- 3 + years of experience working with an Enterprise Content
Management (ECM) or Service Oriented Architecture Enabling (SOA)
platform Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of distributed servers platform experience
- 4+ years of application production support experience
- 4+ years of experience developing or supporting IT Service
Management solutions
- 3+ Years experience in API or Microservices Development.
- Familiar with Enterprise Content Management principles and
practices
- Familiar with IBM FileNet Administration and Development
- familiar/expert at IBM Content Manager / Content Manager On
Demand.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Understanding of Cloud native technologies and concepts.
- Ability to lead and manage to production goals, deadlines, and
various metrics
- Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement
opportunities, and design approaches
- Experience with a customer service mindset and a focus on
continuous improvement
- Strong desire to learn latest enhancements in technology
- Support technical efforts to design, build, and deploy cloud
applications at the direction of lead architects, including
large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical
modeling, and advanced analytics
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life
cycle for cloud solutions, including planning, requirements,
development, testing, and quality assurance
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document
problems, and implement preventive measures Employ exceptional
problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues
before they affect business productivity especially in the area of
content management platforms like IBM FileNet, Documentum etc. Job
