We're seeking a Service Lube Technician who has excellent Customer
Service skills, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working on a
team. Our dealership makes customer service a top priority so
candidates must have a strong attention to detail and maintain a
professional appearance. Responsibilities : Familiarizing yourself
with the service department and procedures Perform basic
maintenance on vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, wiper blade
and filter replacement) Perform work specified on the repair order
with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership Communicate
directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed
if any additional service is needed Requirements: High School
diploma or GED Ability to learn new technology and have basic
computer skills Repair and service procedures and specifications
Good mechanical aptitude Must possess basic hand tools to perform
duties listed Must pass a strength and physical ability test
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended
periods of time Understanding of safety policies and practices Must
be at least 18 years old to apply Have a valid Iowa Driver’s
License and clean driving record Will submit to a drug and
background screening prior to employment Benefits : 1 week Paid
