Job Responsibilities Update and maintain website using WordPress Manage customer portal including messages, granting access to agents, and overall maintenance Create, distribute, and analyze customer and employee surveys Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Coordinate representation at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer visits Design and update all marketing materials including sell sheets, business cards, pamphlets, maps, etc. Manage social media presence Communicate with current customers and prospects using email marketing campaigns, both newsletters and building custom automation Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution across email, print, and social media platforms Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and markets Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor---s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2 years of related experience Strong written and verbal communication Self-starter, reliable, and able to work independently Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress Proven ability to develop marketing strategies from the ground up Benefits and Compensation $60,000 --- $80,000 annual base salary, plus annual bonus Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Education Assistance Program Flexible hybrid in-person and work from home model Comprehensive Insurance Plan (Health, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, Life) 401(K) with Employer Contribution Profit Sharing About Truckers Insurance Associates Truckers Insurance Associates is a Managing General Agent (MGA) offering specialized commercial auto insurance programs to retail agents for their trucking and public auto customers.
