Job Description:
This is a Part Time Visitor Services position - candidates MUST
be available to work on Saturdays. The hours of operation for the
facility are Tuesday-Saturday from 9-5, closed on Sunday and
Monday. Looking for someone to work 16-20 hours per week. Key
Responsibilities - Ensures that all guests to the John Deere Museum
receive an exceptional John Deere experience. - Performs opening
and closing procedures for the facility. - Performs front desk
information operations, administrative duties. - Assist in all
general daily activities as needed. - Receives ongoing training and
development. - Works special events, including set up, and tear
down. - Has availability to work during a 7-day-a-week operation,
including holidays. - Acts as an ambassador for all community
attractions and businesses. - Greet guests, tour groups, etc. -
Answer the main phone line at the front desk. - Take tour
reservation with guests via phone. - Greet visitors/groups and give
a short overview of the self-guided Museum layout
