Essential functions of the role include serving as a project leader
for bids as assigned by the GM, preparing and managing contracts,
submittals, schedules, and drawings, advocating for safety,
quality, and efficiency on the job site, having a mentorship
mindset and focus on growing the team and being actively involved
in the pre-construction, scheduling, and purchasing management
processes. The candidate should also be able to pass a full
background check, MVR check, and drug screening. We Offer a
