We enable the success of HR in achieving our strategic priorities and providing Wells Fargo employees with a consumer-grade experience. This senior-level individual contributor will be a key member of the HR Chief Administrative Office team. The scope of this role will be broad across the team, focused on creating, implementing, and sustaining change across the function of HR. Critical responsibilities will be related to design/oversight of HR governance, forums, and routines, support of HR's strategic planning framework and process, intake and prioritization of cross-HR initiatives, and other ad-hoc strategic initiatives. This leader will partner with the HR CAO and other senior HR leaders to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, implement, support, and oversee various HR governance forums, and operating routines
  • Partner with HR CAO and other HR senior leaders to support comprehensive HR intake and prioritization process
  • Participate in and lead work related to HR---s target state operating model transformation
  • Develop executive-level reporting on HR---s progress against key initiatives, programs, and other cross-HR efforts
  • Partner with corporate strategy team to support required strategic planning activities
  • Communicate team initiatives and progress through presentations & other methods to diverse audiencesLocation: Preferred to sit in Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; or Chandler, AZ, however, may be open to other HR hub US locationsPlease note: Based on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the indicated close date.     Required Qualifications
    • 8+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

      Desired Qualifications
      • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
      • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Process design or improvement experience
      • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
      • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
      • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
      • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

        Other Desired Qualifications
        • Experience with establishment and implementation of governance forums
        • Management consulting experience
        • Knowledge and understanding of HR's services and capabilities

          Job Expectations
          • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
