DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS--- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA, CIA a plus--- 7+ years of leadership experience, leading and mentoring a team of 10--- Strong Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills--- Proven financial, business, and operational acumen required--- Passion for continuous improvement and problem solving

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKEAs Vice President of Audit, you will make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness while improving internal controls and mitigating risks.WHAT WILL YOU DO--- Identify and evaluate key business processes, including risks and controls.--- Prepare audit programs including financial, operational, and compliance.--- Plan, prioritize and organize multiple work streams simultaneously.--- Prepare and communicate action plans to remediate control deficiencies.
