Enterprise Finance & Stakeholder Relations Group Portfolio Delivery (EF & SR GPD), is part of the larger Enterprise Portfolio Delivery (EPD).

Our Portfolio Delivery team of Project Management professionals, align to multiple lines of business across Enterprise Finance and Stakeholder Relations, to ensure projects are executed in support of strategic business objectives and provide governance for the Enterprise Finance portfolio in terms of delivery, culture, risk management, effectiveness and efficiency of project management resources.

Enterprise Finance & Stakeholder Relations Group Portfolio Delivery (EF & SR GPD) is a team of project management professionals serving as the primary resource pool for Enterprise Finance initiatives and supports a broad range of initiatives, serving Enterprise Finance, and as such offers the opportunity to build a diverse set of project experiences and perspective.

The Program Manager will report to the Enterprise Finance & Stakeholder Relations Group Portfolio Delivery (EF & SR GPD) Portfolio Delivery Leader and is accountable for managing a program of projects in the EF & SR GPD portfolio. The Program Manager also successfully informs and influences sponsors and key stakeholders, senior, and executive leadership to promote success of program and/or project performance and prioritization, frequently through times of ambiguity and significant, long term obstacle management. Seeks counsel of peers, stakeholders and or program project leads in times of strategically complex or critical ambiguity and adapts planning, communications, and engagements. Incorporate multi-business and enterprise support operations organizational systems/strategies/institutional knowledge/navigation to anticipate change impacts. Ensures full understanding of project impacts then translates that into comprehensive engagement and mgmt. strategies. Communicates frequently to the project team, sponsor, portfolio sponsor, portfolio leader, and stakeholders while maintain cooperative, motivated and successful teams. When applicable, performs all usual duties of a Project Manager in accordance with policy, methodology and artifact creation. This includes needs identification; resource requirements; project dependencies, planning and progression; financial management; status reporting; prolific and effective communications; ongoing risk assessment and adaptation at the program or project level; and appropriate escalation strategies and implementation. Incorporates regular and appropriate consultation with steering committees executive leadership, sponsors, business and other stakeholders to validate program viability, project trajectory and project performance feedback. Ensures that risk controls are met. Assists managers with coaching and developing junior level team members. Regularly coaches another project managers.

Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Executive and Program sponsors to create program structures to ensure success and delivery to meet business/customer expectations
  • Provide value-added counsel on project investments that will best meet strategic business objectives
  • Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Project Management policies, standards and methodology
  • Consult with business partners and key stakeholders to clarify and define program/project approach, scope, budget and timeline
  • Create and deliver effective presentations to senior management on project and program goals and plans, including status reports
  • Develop and implement program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics


    Required Qualifications


    • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation
    • 3+ years program management experience
    • 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
    • 5+ years of budget management experience
    • 3+ years of Agile experience
    • 2+ years of Big Data experience


      Desired Qualifications


      • 10+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
      • 3+ years of data management experience
      • 1+ year of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
      • Ability to manage a budget in excess of $20 million
      • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
      • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
      • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
      • Ability to track large volumes of activities across multiple projects and groups
      • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
      • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
      • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
      • Project Management Institute Certification (PMI)
      • Agile Certification


        Job Expectations


        • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time


          Salary InformationThe salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
