The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Marketing leads the development of integrated marketing strategies across Wells Fargo's 90 plus business lines and national geography. The group is responsible for brand strategy and advertising, database and experiential marketing including the company's 12 history museums, integrated program and product development, market research and related customer analytics, and diverse segments strategy and business development. The PVSI Marketing Control team is specifically responsible for the management of non-financial risk within PVSI, including operational risk, compliance risk, model risk, reputation risk and strategic risk. The team serves as the First Line of Defense and supports Marketing's mission to become a world-class organization by assisting in establishing and strengthening operational controls, enhancing the controls culture, and ensuring Marketing's activities do not create regulatory, operational, or reputational risk for Wells Fargo. Job Description: This position will support Marketing's procedure program. This includes identifying where there are opportunities to create new or improve Marketing procedures and policies, providing internal consulting and management for process/procedure design efforts and initiatives, and developing and maintaining process/procedure documentation. This role will develop a governance program to formalize procedure documentation, ensure required approvals are obtained, and oversee the annual review program. Specific responsibilities include: * Provide internal consulting and management for marketing procedures & policy design efforts and initiatives * Establish baseline and maintain inventory of current procedures and policies * Develop and maintain procedure and policy documentation * Function as brand steward * Support development of Marketing specific policies/procedures to enable business process execution, along with supporting the assessment and strategic implementation of corporate policies throughout the Marketing organization * Change management efforts and communication * Identify risks, controls and processes associated with all policies and procedures impacting Marketing Locations to be considered: Des Moines, IA; Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Tempe, AZ; Wilmington, DE; Raleigh, NC; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Portland, OR; St. Louis, MO; Salt Lake City, UT; Atlanta, GA; Richmond, VA Required Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning Desired Qualifications - Knowledge and understanding of technical writing - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - A BS/BA degree or higher - Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels - Ability to interact with all levels of an organization - Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment - Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Other Desired Qualifications * 3+ years supporting Policy & Procedure design and maintenance initiatives * Experience with Marketing processes and capabilities required to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns and programs * Experience with mapping processes, identifying and assessing risk, control design and control effectiveness specific to Banking operations * Prior financial services, internal/external audit, and/or operational risk experience. * Knowledge of Wells Fargo Operational Risk tools.
